Terms of Use

Ashisu is a study companion that teaches from a source you have approved. You enter a goal, the system proposes sources, you approve one — and from then on every lesson, question and review is produced from that source.

Our promise is deliberately narrow: Ashisu does not claim to know the truth, it undertakes to teach the source you approved. If the source is incomplete or wrong, so is what is taught from it.

Ashisu is not professional advice. If you are preparing for an exam, a driving licence, a certification or an official process, the final authority is that institution’s own document. Content generated by AI can be wrong; check the source itself before an important decision.

Keeping your account and sign-in details secure is your responsibility. If you think someone else is using your account, write to us. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

• Ashisu Standard is sold in three durations: weekly, monthly and yearly. The amount you pay is shown on the purchase screen, in the App Store’s own wording.
• There is a three-day free trial. It is one per subscription group: whichever duration you choose, you take the trial once.
• The subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends, it continues at the same price.
• You cancel from your App Store account; we cannot cancel on your behalf. Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
• Apple takes the payment and refunds are subject to Apple’s rules. A refund request goes to Apple; your card details never reach us.
• If you subscribe during the trial, the remainder of the trial is forfeited.

While using Ashisu, you will not:

• Upload as a source a document you have no right to.
• Strain the service in a way that spoils it for others, or exploit it with automated tools.
• Share your account with someone else, or resell access.
• Use it for an unlawful purpose.

The source you upload is yours; we claim no rights over it. You give us permission to process it so that we can provide the service — to produce lessons, draw questions from it, and remember your progress.

The app itself, its interface, its brand and the structure it produces are ours. Your conversations and your learning record belong to your account.

Ashisu is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or that every piece of generated content will be free of error.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. If the consumer law where you live gives you wider rights, those rights apply and this clause does not narrow them.

You can leave your subscription whenever you like. If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or end your access; where we can, we will say so first.

If they change, the date above changes. For a significant change we will say so in the app or by email; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Whichever law is chosen, the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in are reserved.
