Don’t read the manual. Let the manual come to you, daily.
Ashisu is a goal-driven, source-locked study companion. You enter a goal; the system finds the source and you approve it; from that day everything you learn comes from that source — cited, in five to ten minutes a day.
Ashisu is being prepared for iOS.
How it works
You name the goal
"Pass the driving test", "learn Vue", "get on top of my new job’s procedures". Free text; if it is already in the catalogue it starts at once.
You approve the source
The system finds candidate sources — the official booklet, its version, its date. You approve one, and the corpus is locked.
Five to ten minutes a day
A hundred-and-forty-page manual is laid out as a daily rhythm: a micro lesson, a question, spaced review. You never have to sit down and read it.
When the source changes, you learn only the difference
A new version is not explained from scratch. Starting from what you already know, only what changed is taught.
What we promise, and what we do not
Ashisu does not claim to know the truth. It undertakes to teach the source you approved — and every answer it gives carries a citation back to it.
For a question the source does not answer there is only one reply: "It is not in this source." We would rather say nothing than invent something.
